Our goal is to help people explore the wisdom and depth of the Bible and apply its grace-centered message to the problems of daily living. Simply put, our mission is to make Christ the central point of any conversation, and as we partner with various churches, to help those churches become equipped to provide wise counsel.

BCTM exists to point people to Christ as we seek to truly know the individual person in his struggle or suffering. We have a passion for personal change that is centered in the person of Christ Jesus. We have seen Him bring eternally significant change to individual lives. This passion is who we are, and it leads us to constantly revisit the question, “How do the riches of the Gospel impact my life and my efforts to help others?” Everything we do flows from our desire to equip Christians to live and love in a Christ-centered way, by the power of the Holy Spirit.

BCTM also exists to help churches become equipped to provide wise counsel internally. We believe that God primarily uses the local church to grow people in Christlikeness. BCTM’s mission is to equip the church to be this kind of transforming community. The purpose in having church partnerships is particularly to fulfill this second goal.

We accomplish our mission through a unique synergy of counseling and training sessions. What ties these strands together is our passion to equip God’s people to experience Christ amid the challenges of daily life.
